Poppies, 2024

This piece was inspired by the scene in the Wizard of Oz, where Dorothy enters the beautiful poppy field. The beauty might have been her downfall, if her friends did not rescue her. You can run but you cannot hide from your problems. Sometimes the elixor is only a temporary fix.
